Come meet NZIDE members and other driving instructors or educators over a good coffee at Constellation Cafe​, Rosedale on Friday 3 May from 10:30 a.m.


  • Easy access from SH1 Northern motorway or SH18 Upper Harbour Highway on Constellation Drive with plenty of underground parking
  • Mouth watering foodโ€ฆ Organic fair-trade coffee and teaโ€ฆ Fantastic service and plastic-free philosophy!


This will be a great opportunity to catch up with other instructors and discuss any issues or share ideas. We also hope to have Wendy Robertson from Driving Change Network​ to share her wisdom, news and challenges affecting the driver licensing sector.

    Wendy is the National Coordinator at Driving Change Network. The Driving Change Network is group of more than 200 stakeholders representing the community, industry, Iwi/Mฤori and philanthropy who support driver education, training and licensing. It advocates to remove barriers to driver licencing by making it accessible and equitable. Wendy is also the Programme & Event Support Manager at Blue Light Ventures. This is a registered charity that works in partnership with the police to deliver a range of youth programmes and activities. Blue Light has two goals. 1. Reduce the incidence of young people becoming an offender or victim of crime. 2. Encourage better relations between the Police, young people, their parents, and the community.
