Wayne has over 40 years experience owning and running one of Wellington's largest driving schools. His experience includes teaching regular students, preparing senior drivers for on-road safety tests and new drivers who speak other languages. Wayne is an active member of NZIDE. At different times he has served as Region Representative, Treasurer, Secretary, Vice President and President. He is a co-director of the Street Talk young driver educator programme. Wayne still remembers what it was like to be a new instructor. Just the chance to bounce ideas made a real difference. He has a passion to meet this need and does so through weekly webinars with NZIDE for new instructors and driving mentors.
